Pretty quiet here, but I'll post anyway. [Dec. 24th, 2006|03:12 pm]

1. What is your name? Casey
2. Where are you from?
ND, but in Wisconsin right now
3. What is your favorite team in the AL Central?
The Twins
4. What is your second favorite team (inside the AL Central or not)?
The Brewers
5. Who are your 3-5 favorite players?
Morneau, Johan, Nathan, Travis Hafner, Bill Hall
6. What is your favorite baseball moment since 2000?
The '04 season after this game. Mulholland pitched 8 innings. Koskie scored the tying run in the 6th and won it in the 10th with a 2 run homer. I remember that game got the Twins going and they ended up cruising to win the division. I can't remember the standings, but heading into that game, I think the Indians had the lead down to a game or two, and were trying to complete a weekend sweep on Sunday afternoon.
7. What is your favorite baseball moment from the 90's?
A Giants/Rockies weekend series at Mile High Stadium circa 1993
8. What is your favorite baseball moment of all time?
I was at the game when Bert Blyleven got his 3000th K and Kirby Puckett hit for the cycle on 8/1/86. That was pretty cool.
9. Who is your favorite baseball player (that is retired)?
Will Clark, Tony Gwynn
10. Name one or more players that you feel have been left out of the hall of fame but deserve to be in it.
Of course, I've got to say Bert.

And I'm thinking we should be in for a pretty good summer in '07, maybe things will pick up around here. The AL Central might be one of (if not the) best in baseball again. 47 days until pitchers and catchers report!
